What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products like Amino Acid Powder (45%-80%), our MOQ is typically 1 Ton. For liquid fertilizers, it's 1000 Liters. However, we understand the need for trial orders and can negotiate smaller quantities for first-time cooperation to test quality.
What certifications do you have for export?
Sichuan Shihong Technology is certified with ISO9001:2015. Our organic products are compliant with OMRI (USA) and REACH (Europe) standards. We can also provide SGS inspection reports and Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every shipment.
Can you do custom formulations (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, absolutely. With 16 years of R&D experience, we specialize in customizing formulations based on your local soil conditions and crop needs. We also offer private labeling services, including customized bag design (Kraft paper, color printing) ranging from 1kg to 25kg.
What is the lead time and shipping port?
For standard products, the lead time is 7-15 days after payment. For custom OEM packaging, it takes about 20-25 days. We mainly ship from Shanghai, Qingdao, or Chongqing ports, depending on the destination and schedule.
